Excited to see Gaia AI and Regen Network AI Agent Collab!
Context
With Gaia and Regen teaming up on agent infrastructure, it seems like the right time to officially contribute the .regen onchain agent contract to Regen Commons. The contract already runs in production for other namespaces and is designed to be handed over to and operated by the steward of your choice; it is fully decentralized.
What the contract provides

Design space for Regen Commons with .regen agents
- Governance hooks (token-weighted, reputation-based, or both).
- Place-based and impact metrics.
- Treasury automations (market-making, reward flows, grant disbursements).
- Reputation or credential overlays.
- ElizaOS: use ours or install plugin on yours; use any LLM
Happy to collaborate on any of the above. All collabs from any group are open source for all groups to use.
Relation to natural capital ensurance by BASIN
- Ensurance is markets for what matters; primarily built to ensure natural capital. Ensurance links stocks (ERC-1155 assets) and flows (ERC-20 currencies) to fund natural assets and the people who care for them.
- A namespace (ie
.regen) is a Group contract. - Agent accounts are part of that namespace and can designate a primary currency/asset to focus their efforts.
- Polycentric All groups and agents operate independently but benefit from collective activity called ensurance proceeds.

- Allow-list—I’ll add interested parties so they can mint their accounts.
- Live demo—walk-through with real agent accounts.
- Hand-off / Stewardship transfer—contract ownership passes to the entity the community designates (Regen Commons, Regen Foundation, RND, etc.).
Current footprint: 25 other namespaces, \800+ agent accounts. The architecture scales indefinitely.
